  1. How long will my order take?

    Orders are usually processed within 5-10 business days. Shipping time will vary depending upon the shipping method chosen. See our Shipping Policy for typical transit times.

    Note that once in transit, any orders, regardless of the type of shipment method chosen, may be delayed due to inclement weather occurring anywhere along the shipment route. Please arrange accordingly as we cannot be held responsible for delays which FEDEX dictates in its tracking of your package(s) as “Local Delivery Restriction” or “Weather Delay

  2. Shipping and Handling

    Shipping and Handling charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. Handing costs may vary depending upon the special packaging needs of your order. Shipments are subject to stock availability.

  3. How do I contact the Book of Mormon Musical Store?

    The best way to get a fast answer to your questions is to e-mail us at orders@bookofmormonbroadwaystore.com. Please include your full name, e-mail address, and your order number (if applicable) in your e-mail query.

  4. My merchandise was damaged when I received it. What do I do?

    Defective or damaged products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Replacement will be for identical items only.

    Customers needing to request a return may do so by going to “your account”. Please select the Order History menu and click the “details” button on the order needing a return. Each item purchased will have a corresponding checkbox. You may select the items needing to be returned and click the "return items" button. Upon clicking the “return items” button, the return form will appear. Please fill out the form and use the comments field to indicate what you are exchanging your item for. Also use the comments field to indicate that you have received a damaged item or if you were sent the wrong item and/or size. Click the “submit” button. You will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item(s) after we have reviewed and approved your request.

    * A return label will be sent to you via email if you have received an item that is damaged or if you were sent the wrong item and/or size.

    If the defective or damaged item is no longer available, a credit will be applied for the item plus that item's shipping and handling charges to the credit card that the order was place on.

  5. Can I exchange what I ordered for another item?

    We want to make sure that you enjoy your Book of Mormon merchandise. If you are unhappy with your item or its particular size, please follow the instructions at the Return Merchandise Request page. There are NO REFUNDS.

    All sales are final on undergarments.

  6. Can I cancel my order?

    ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If you need to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. Your order cannot be canceled after it has been processed and/or shipped.
