All sales are final. There are no refunds possible.
- Exchanges
are at the discretion of management.
- Items must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
- Exchanged
items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All exchanged apparel must NOT be worn or washed and free of strong odors; all items must be in NEW condition & free from debris such as pet hair. .
- All
returned items must accompany their original packing slip and/or order
receipt.
- Please keep in mind that returns and exchanges are at
the sole discretion of management.
We will honor an exchange for the same item or any item that we carry
that is of equal or lessor value ONLY, provided that stock is available.
Unfortunately, we
cannot exchange an item for one
that is more expensive by simply charging your card again for the
difference. We are only authorized to charge your credit card for your
original order total that was approved. Additionally note that once an
order is charged to your credit card your credit card information is
erased from our records to protect you.
In order to insure a smooth transaction, please fill out this form and
comply with all packing instructions.
- Customers needing to request a return may do so by going to
“your account”. Please select the Order History menu and click the
“details” button on the order needing a return. Each item purchased will
have a corresponding check box. You may select the items needing to be
returned and click the "return items" button. Upon clicking the “return
items” button, the return form will appear. Please fill out the form and
use the comments field to indicate what you are exchanging your item
for. Also use the comments field to indicate that you have received a
damaged item or if you were sent the wrong item and/or size. Click the
“submit” button. You will receive an email with instructions on how to
return your item(s) after we have reviewed and approved your request.
For exchanges, you can go to the Web store to find items that you would like to exchange for. Find the item and add it to your cart to see if we have the size that you require, if we do not it will indicate that the item is out of stock and you will need to choose another item. Please also include a letter of instruction indicating which item(s) (of equal or lesser value only) and/or size(s) you are exchanging for. Items must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt and proof of purchase must be sent in with your exchange. Please neatly fold any garments and put them in a shipping envelope. Any garments returned that do not meet the above requirements will be returned to the customer and will NOT be exchanged for a new items. We suggest using an insured carrier with signature confirmation when sending back your return. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. We try our best to ship out your exchanged item(s) within 3-5 business days.

received an item that is damaged or if you were sent the wrong item
and/or size.
